Step into the world of Asset Maintenance, where your work is more than just a job.
As a Receptionist at the Department of Communities you will be a confident communicator who enjoys working in a customer facing role. You will have contact with visitors who are from varying professional backgrounds, members of the public and staff.
As an individual with high level customer service skills you will be able to navigate general queries from customers who may present with varying emotional dispositions. While working at the Department of Communities you will provide each customer an exceptional experience.
The role also assists with clerical support including updating and maintaining reception processes and procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs will be highly regarded.
