As a Principal Data, Reporting and Insights Analyst you:
- Deliver workforce analytics and insights through accurate reporting, modelling, trend analysis, and forecasting to support informed decision-making and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and performance reports that provide meaningful workforce insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor workforce performance and data quality, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while ensuring strong data governance and reliable information.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships, providing expert advice, presenting workforce insights, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements.
- Support organisational strategy and service delivery by contributing to workforce planning, change management, continuous improvement initiatives, and the provision of integrated HR services.
