The position plays a key role in undertaking research, analysis and policy development to support the Insurance Commission's strategic objectives and public policy agenda. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of innovative, evidence-based policy solutions and provide high-quality advice on insurance-related and broader government policy matters. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, prepare briefing materials and submissions, and support the implementation of policy initiatives that align with government priorities.

The Person

You are a strong communicator who can build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.

You will be a motivated and adaptable professional who enjoys solving problems, managing competing priorities and contributing to meaningful work. Curious by nature and committed to continuous improvement, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering quality outcomes that support both organisational objectives and the broader Western Australian community.
