The Opportunity

We are excited to offer a permanent Manager Systems and Support opportunity within our IT Services leadership team.

As Manager Systems and Support, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across enterprise application support, business and systems analysis, configuration management and platform support. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure our critical business systems and services are secure, reliable, supportable and aligned with organisational priorities and customer needs.

This is an influential leadership role where you will shape how enterprise technology services support our people and the business. You will provide clear direction, develop team capability and foster a positive, high-performing and customer-focused culture that values accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

You will oversee the lifecycle of core insurance, finance, human resources and other enterprise business systems, providing leadership across application support, requirements and solution analysis, configuration, incident and problem management, change and release activities, and continual service improvement. You will also help maximise the value of contemporary enterprise platforms and cloud services, including Salesforce, ServiceNow and Jira.

Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, Product Owners, Platform Owners, architects, delivery teams, vendors and service providers, you will build trusted relationships, influence priorities and ensure business needs are translated into scalable, maintainable and customer-focused technology outcomes.
