About the opportunity
The Manager People Strategy and Development leads the delivery, design and continuous improvement of South Regional TAFE’s People Services function. The role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and support to the People Services team to deliver high quality, customer focused, contemporary, efficient and responsive people services to enable a well-managed, engaged and safe workforce that meets current and future organisational needs. It assists the Director Capability People and Culture to drive organisational development strategy, workforce capability building and development, and change management partnering with the business to align workforce initiatives with operational priorities.
