Permanent full-time appointment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE and live in one of the most pristine, remote and exciting regions in our State.
The Manager Customer Experience will play a pivotal role in creating a customer‑centric organisation. The role will lead and manage staff across multiple locations within the region and will be responsible for implementing customer‑focused processes, systems, and policies.
This position will oversee the Customer Engagement, Student Operations and Employment Based Training (EBT) teams. Strategically, the Manager will be responsible for embedding new organisational systems and processes that enhance service delivery, as well as developing and implementing strategies focused on maximising student enrolments, customer satisfaction, and strengthening the College’s brand.
The Manager will also develop and maintain strong relationships with industry, community partners, and relevant service providers. In addition, the role will contribute to the effectiveness of apprenticeship and traineeship management across the College by providing advice, information, and support to ensure intended outcomes are achieved.
Strong attention to detail is required to analyse customer trends, enquiries, and peak service periods, along with a hands‑on approach and a demonstrated commitment to continually improving the customer experience.
