This is a permanent part-time (0.8FTE) position commencing Term 4, 2026.

The Role

Ardross PS is ideally seeking a collaborative and capable Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to join our positive and dynamic leadership team. Working closely with the principal and administration team, the successful applicant should display the ability to support the school’s financial, physical and human resource operations, including financial planning and budgeting, business operations, staff recruitment and the supervision of support staff.

Strong knowledge of human resource management and financial processes is highly regarded, along with proficiency in Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), RM Finance, RM Billing, Student Centred Funding (SCF), Staff recruitment processes and Student Information Systems (SIS). Experience using COMPASS and the ability to support the management of ICT infrastructure, devices and service providers are also highly desirable.

Ideally, the successful applicant will be an individual who enjoys working collaboratively, builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with staff, families and the wider school community. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are highly regarded, along with sound analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a supportive school community while playing an important role in the effective operation of Ardross PS.
