From driving organisation-wide capability strategies and leading workforce planning initiatives, to advancing reconciliation outcomes, strengthening leadership capability and shaping culture across the department, you'll have the opportunity to influence meaningful change at every level of the organisation. No two days will be the same, but every day will provide the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our people and our future workforce.
You'll lead a passionate and experienced team focused on building capability, strengthening culture and improving employee experience. Together, you'll deliver innovative initiatives that help our people thrive and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
