Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals seeking to build their experience in strategic workplace and industrial relations within one of Western Australia's largest and most complex public sector organisations.

As an Industrial Relations Consultant, you will play a key role in enterprise bargaining and industrial negotiations, contributing to the development of WA Health industrial agreements and representing the WA health system in engagements with unions and industrial tribunals.

You will provide high-quality strategic advice and consultancy services on complex State-wide industrial and workplace matters, ensuring employment conditions are applied consistently and in accordance with industrial instruments, legislation and public sector policies.

Working closely with stakeholders across the WA health system and government, you will contribute to the delivery of State-wide projects and reform initiatives that support Government priorities and strengthen workforce outcomes.
