About the opportunity
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for leading a small team to coordinate and provide administrative support to College human resource processes and compliance activities. The HR Coordinator will rely on subject matter expertise to provide advice and training to Line Managers on HR policies and processes, including position management, and will undertake some low level case management and change management tasks.
The HR Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating a range of employee support functions, including the College’s Family and Domestic Violence Officers and Equal Opportunity Contact Officers.
To be successful in this role you will be a great communicator and skilled at building relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have working knowledge of HR frameworks and the ability to apply expertise across a range of HR scenarios to support your team and our customers.
