VenuesWest enriches the lives of Western Australians by offering opportunities for those pursuing elite sport, a range of options for individuals or families choosing to live healthy, active lifestyles and a variety of entertainment experiences for everyone. Our vision is to be Australia’s leading provider of sport and entertainment venues and precincts.

About the Role

VenuesWest is seeking an exceptional and forward-thinking corporate leader to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of Western Australia’s premier sport and entertainment venues and the continued growth of its portfolio of responsibilities.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director Corporate Services is a newly established role which leads the service delivery arm of VenuesWest, providing executive accountability for the effective, efficient and compliant delivery of corporate services across Human Resources, Information and Communication Technology, Finance and Safety.

As a member of the Executive Team, the position contributes to whole-of-organisation strategy, culture, safety, policy and performance, while leading the continuous improvement of corporate systems, processes, controls and service standards that underpin day-to-day business delivery.

This is a full time, fixed term role for a period of 5 years with the possibility of extension. As a member of the Executive team, the nature of this position requires flexibility, including the possibility of attendance at meetings and functions outside standard office hours. Flexible working arrangements, including work from home, will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Whilst the position will be primarily based at the Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont, mobility will be required between the portfolio of facilities.
