Royal Perth Bentley Group is seeking highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to join our Executive Office team. We have a number of positions we will be looking via this process.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide confidential executive, administrative and secretarial support to Executive Members within one of Western Australia's leading tertiary health services. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leaders by managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and committees, preparing executive correspondence and ensuring the efficient operation of the Executive Office.

About the Opportunity

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level executive support to senior leaders within Royal Perth Bentley Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing executive diaries, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing high-quality reports, submissions, correspondence and presentations.
  • Coordinating committee meetings, agendas, papers and minutes.
  • Managing confidential records and filing systems.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and members of the public.
  • Coordinating responses to Ministerials and Parliamentary Questions and monitoring key deadlines.
  • Supporting administrative, financial and human resource processes as required.

Suitability Criteria

In addition to the Essential and Desirable Criteria outlined in the attached Job Description Form, the following capabilities will be considered critical to success in this role:

  • Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative and secretarial support.
  • Exceptional diary management, organisational and prioritisation skills in a busy environment.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement and work with discretion.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications to produce high-quality documents, reports and presentations.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a healthcare or public sector environment.
