Knowledge and experience supporting students with a range of learning needs is highly regarded, particularly students with autism spectrum disorder and additional complex communication, sensory, physical or medical needs. Experience in managing emotional regulation is also highly desirable. Suitable applicants should display a positive and supportive approach when working with students, with an understanding of individual needs and strategies that encourage student engagement, development and participation within the classroom.
