The role also contributes to the effective day-to-day operation of the school, including staff and student wellbeing, implementation of policies and priorities, school planning and, where required, timetabling and organisational processes.

Suitable applicants would be approachable, agile and values-driven leaders, ideally with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. They should display high expectations, a commitment to inclusion and a genuine focus on ensuring every student is supported to achieve their personal best.
