This is a permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2027

The Role
As a Primary School Deputy Principal, you will ideally bring strong professional knowledge and educational leadership experience to support high-quality teaching and learning across Ardross PS. Working collaboratively with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team, the successful applicant should contribute across key areas including Quality Teaching, evidence-based teaching practices, digital technologies, student engagement and wellbeing, and data-informed practice.
Experience contributing to school improvement, supporting staff development and building a collaborative professional culture is highly regarded. The successful applicant should display effective organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute to strategic priorities while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the school. Sound judgement, a solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively are also highly desirable.

- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
