We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As a Deputy Principal, you will be an important member of the School Leadership Team, working closely with the Principal and other leaders to provide strategic, educational and operational leadership. We are ideally seeking a visible and connected leader who understands that effective leadership is both relational and strategic, builds the capability of others and contributes to a workplace where people feel safe, valued and supported to do their best work.
Suitable applicants should promote high expectations for teaching and learning and contribute to the development and evaluation of evidence-informed programs supporting communication and AAC, Positive Behaviour Support, literacy, regulation, health and physical development, independence and student engagement.
The Deputy Principal will contribute to strategic planning, school improvement, workforce and performance development and sustainable school operations. They would use evidence and reflective practice to identify opportunities for improvement and display the ability to lead people positively through change by listening, consulting, communicating clearly and building shared ownership.
