The Role
In this role, you will provide curriculum administrative support to the Principal, Deputy Principals and teaching staff, coordinating student and teacher timetables, grids, class structures and adjustments. You will maintain curriculum-related databases, ensuring data integrity, and generate timely reports to support effective curriculum administration and planning and provide data to the school administration team to enhance school operations.
You will provide administrative support for reporting to parents, including data rollout, course-specific individual reports, parent interview bookings and appointment confirmations. The role will also involve extracting and generating reports on educational measurement assessments, including the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy and Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment, as well as undertaking data transfers to internal and external stakeholders.
You will coordinate examination and test rosters, venues and supervisors, including Special Exam Conditions, and collate and distribute examination and test materials. The successful applicant will also develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while collating and maintaining curriculum-related resources.
