We are seeking a Coordinator Apprentice and Trainee Success
As the Coordinator Apprentice & Trainee Success, you will contribute to improved apprenticeship and traineeship retention, progression and completion outcomes across North Regional TAFE through the provision and coordination of targeted support, guidance and early intervention services.
This fixed-term position provides a central point of contact for apprentices, trainees and employers, delivering information, advice and practical support, including assistance with navigating apprenticeship and traineeship processes and the WA Apprenticeship Management System (WAAMS). Working closely with and supporting the Team Leader Employment Based Training, the role collaborates with training areas, employers, Jobs and Skills Centres and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated support strategies that promote apprentice and trainee success.
The position also contributes to service reporting, program evaluation and continuous improvement activities to support organisational priorities and Commonwealth and State funded program objectives
