This is an exciting time for GESB, and we are looking for the right people to help grow our team, contribute positively to our culture, and support our purpose of helping our members achieve a quality retirement.

The role

We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a Communications Specialist to join GESB's Interactive Engagement and Communications team within the broader Member Experience business unit

As our Communications Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering member, product, operational and regulatory communications that support positive member outcomes and help GESB meet its legislative and compliance obligations. Working in a highly regulated environment, you will contribute to communications that keep members informed and engaged while ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across all channels.

Working across business-as-usual activity, major organisational initiatives and strategic projects, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of communications, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to review, approvals and delivery across digital and print channels. This includes supporting key member-facing communications such as Product Information Booklets, Annual Member Meeting communications and other communications arising from legislative, compliance, product or operational change.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including Product, Digital, Legal and Compliance teams, to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, accessible and aligned with GESB's brand standards. Success in this role will require strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes that support a positive member experience.

Please review the responsibilities and work-related requirements in the attached position description for a full statement of duties.
