The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Transformation Officer to lead the Transformation office. The Chief Transformation Officer is accountable for delivering enterprise-wide strategy through end-to-end oversight of the transformation portfolio, including prioritisation, governance, delivery, and benefits realisation. Partnering with the Chief Executive and Executive, the role ensures strategic objectives translate into measurable outcomes, while leading the Enterprise Data Office and AI strategy to enable performance, transformation, and competitive advantage.
The Insurance Commission will offer a five-year contract with a competitive executive remuneration package to attract an outstanding candidate.
The Person
As a member of the Insurance Commission Executive, you will bring proven capabilities in contributing to whole of organisation decision making and strategic planning and be a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive on organisational transformation to enhance organisational performance.
To be a strong contender for this role, applicants will have the ability to apply their executive-level experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, and portfolio leadership to deliver complex, technology-enabled initiatives in a complex operating environment ensuring strong governance, risk management, sound change management and value realisation.

The Insurance Commission is a State owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to 2.7 million Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government.
