We are seeking suitable applications for a highly capable and values driven Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team at Osborne community mental health service in the Intensive Clinical Outreach Team (ICOT).
This is a Permanent full-time position at 80 hours per fortnight, but we would also consider part time or job share.
What is our Clinical Nurse Specialist role?
The ICOT team is a multidisciplinary team that provides evidence based, specialised mental health services. The service is committed to working alongside service providers, consumers and carer stakeholders, to promote optimal mental health for those referred to our service. The team provides assertive case management to ensure holistic health care while practical and achievable care plans are developed collaboratively with the consumer, family, carer and other services to promote rehabilitation and sustained recovery. The consumer is supported to feel optimistic for their recovery and foster a sense of hope and their capacity to change is encouraged. The Clinical nurse specialist provides advanced nursing leadership and knowledge and reflects the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) core values: Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity.
