Our Assets directorate is establishing a pool of professionals for its Property and Projects branch, to fill current and future permanent or temporary opportunities.
As Change Officer – Level 5, you will be working as part of the Assets’ Property and Projects team, contributing to delivering change management and business improvement activities across the directorate. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth transition of Communities staff into new premises and working in new ways, focusing on building partnerships and engaging stakeholders through strategic engagement and communication.
You’ll also undertake research and provide guidance and recommendations on best practice to support the directorate and its change activities to a high standard.
As Coordinator Property and Capital Works – Level 6, working as part of the Property and Projects Team, will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Department of Communities asset portfolio and project managing Statewide Capital Projects, using proven project management methodologies including providing advice, reports, and preparing and managing budgets, while providing leadership and actively contributing to setting the direction and priorities of the team.
In this role, you will support the development of the Strategic Asset Plan and the Strategic Office Accommodation Plan, providing project management and/or project support across one or more capital projects within the Directorate.
