Permanent full-time appointment in our Karratha Campus.

The successful appointee for this position will be required to live on site in a purpose built, well maintained 3 bedroom residence – this property is provided to the Caretaker position as a significant additional component of the entire remuneration applicable to the role.

About the Role
This position is responsible for the supervision and general cleaning of the student accommodation located at the North Regional TAFE
(NR TAFE) Karratha Campus.

The position is also responsible for the safety of the student accommodation including the issue of keys, gardening and general maintenance. In addition to general cleaning duties, the Head Cleaner/Caretaker is responsible for the organisation, supervision and training of NR TAFE cleaning staff, liaising with the Facilities Coordinator on cleaning matters and ensuring the high standard of cleaning and safety are maintained. The position will also undertake other duties to support the facilities team.
