The Role
Bullsbrook College is seeking a committed and highly effective leader to join its Strategic Leadership of the Student Services team. This role is responsible for leading the Student Service portfolio and managing complex student cases across Kindergarten to Year 12.
As the Associate Principal, you would be leading the strategic implementation of whole school strategies such as Behaviour Curriculum, Berry Street, Restorative Practice, Impact Cycle Coaching, belonging, wellbeing and resilience. Experience in leading and working in a student services environment and an in-depth knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures is highly desirable.
The successful applicant would lead Case Management of students in the areas of curriculum, attendance, behaviour and well-being. Overseeing the provision of pastoral care support and managing Students At Educational Risk (SAER) is also part of the portfolio. Part of the role also includes line management of Program Coordinators and Year Coordinators. Experience in behaviour shaping and creating individual Behaviour Support Plans is also desired. Leadership of Compass within the Student Services portfolio would be beneficial.
