You will work closely with stakeholders and service providers to help ensure contracts are managed effectively and in line with government policies, regulations, and procurement requirements.

The position also provides executive and administrative support to the Director, Procurement & Supplier Relations and the wider Procurement and Contract Management team. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence and workflows, maintaining records and filing systems, coordinating supplier documentation, supporting electronic data management systems, and assisting with the development of administrative processes and procedures.
