This is a permanent part-time (0.75 FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026

East Manjimup Primary School (PS), an Independent Public School since 2012, is located on a 7.5 hectare site, surrounded by farm land and native bush. Our school motto is Strive to Succeed, and we aim to do this consistently. The focus of our school is on the Whole Child - physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual and mental wellbeing. We cater for students Kindergarten to Year 6, with our school developing a strong reputation in catering for students with various disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. The school is recognised for its strong and positive culture, including the relationships we have developed with families, support agencies and the wider community.

We have a strong focus on developing and encouraging Values - Respect; Care and Compassion; Doing Your Best; Fair Go; Honesty and Trustworthiness; Integrity; Freedom; Responsibility; Understanding, Tolerance and Inclusion. At our weekly assembly students are recognised for demonstrating these values. The Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the organising and supervising of school cleaning staff and liaising with the relevant manager on cleaning matters. You will be responsible for undertaking cleaning of allocated internal and external areas as well as ordering and maintaining stock and equipment. You should be able to organise and supervise staff and have knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods and practices.

You will ideally be a highly motivated and proactive person who takes pride in being responsible for providing a high standard of cleanliness within the workplace, in order to provide a visually pleasing and safe learning environment for our students, staff and visitors to the school.
