The Role

This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to join Baldivis Secondary College—an innovative, inclusive, and community-minded school that is firmly focused on growth, learning, and high-quality service to students, staff, and families.

As the Manager Corporate Services (MCS), you will play a central role in ensuring the effective and efficient operations of the College. The position provides comprehensive oversight of the school’s financial, physical, and human resources—core components that support a large and dynamic secondary school like Baldivis SC. You should lead and support a diverse team of school support staff, guiding them in the careful management of financial processes, asset and facilities operations, and day-to-day human resource coordination. Your leadership will ideally ensure that operational practices meet Departmental standards and directly contribute to the smooth running and ongoing success of the College.

A key dimension of this role involves administering, monitoring, and reporting on the financial integrity of the College’s business operations. You should provide informed advice and input into financial planning and budgeting, ensuring the College remains fiscally responsible and responsive to enrolment growth, operational pressures, and emerging needs. Your strategic contributions to the development of the College Business Plan alongside the Principal and Executive Leadership Team are essential to achieving our long-term objectives and supporting our vision for student success.

Beyond financial stewardship, you should contribute to whole school improvement through active participation in committees and working groups. This collaboration strengthens alignment between operational strategies and school based and regional business priorities, reinforcing our commitment to high standards, responsible resource management, and continuous improvement across the College.
