About the Role
VenuesWest is seeking Aquatic Service Officers to assist in the operation the aquatic centre facilities at Arena Joondalup and Perth High Performance Centre. Your key responsibilities include ensuring the safety and quality of customer and stakeholder experiences, carrying out air and water quality procedures, setting up and pulling down equipment for aquatic events, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the venue.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity with a minimum 15 hours per week on a shift roster between Monday and Sunday. Shift loading will apply for shifts commencing prior to 6am or finishing after 8:30pm.
Whilst the position will be based at Arena Joondalup in Joondalup or Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an aquatic centre as a pool attendant/lifeguard including the ability to rescue and resuscitate swimmers, administer first aid and dive to the bottom of a 5m deep pool.
