About the role
The Senior Marketing and Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of audience-led, engaging, results-driven marketing campaigns for all WA Museum brands, with a strong focus on special exhibitions and programs. The position sits within the Media, Marketing and Audience Development team, and works closely and collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders, including Operations and Exhibition and Design, and external stakeholders including media, creative and program partners. The Senior Marketing and Campaigns Coordinator leads a small and dynamic team of Marketing and Campaign officers and a Graphic Designer.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Plan, implement and evaluate a range of marketing campaigns for the WA Museum’s six locations including permanent exhibitions, programs, membership and special exhibitions, across the full range of owned and paid channels.
- Identify and understand WA Museum audiences to create tailored and compelling messaging to increase awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Maintain and promote the WA Museum brand across all campaigns ensuring consistency and alignment with Museum goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Media, Marketing and Audience development team to effectively deliver high impact, results-driven marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and budgets to ensure efficient and effective delivery on time.
- Lead a small, team of dynamic marketers, designers, and contractors.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with external partners including media, creative and community organisations.
- Manage the production and despatch of all marketing assets including video, digital content, and print.
