We are seeking to establish a pool of Youth Engagement and Support Workers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As a Youth Engagement and Support Worker, you should be committed to working and assisting young people. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting Student Engagement and Support staff in identifying and responding to the additional needs of students. You would work in partnerships with key services providers to coordinate and deliver activities that aim to support and engage students at risk, including individual and small group interventions. In-addition, you will undertake some administrative tasks such as data entry, report writing, meeting minutes and management of student case notes. Knowledge of or experience with school procedures and processes are highly desirable.
