About the role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with a passion for delivering innovative, high-quality technology solutions in a complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and support business-critical applications using the Microsoft technology stack, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions. You will play a key role in the full application lifecycle, from solution design and development through to deployment, support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will bring expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, JavaScript, SQL Server, and modern web technologies, together with experience supporting enterprise applications and working within Agile and Rapid Application Development (RAD) environments. You will possess analytical and problem-solving skills, a sound understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Experience with Boomi integration platform, API and system integrations, cloud and on-premises application integration, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and CI/CD practices will be highly regarded.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Considerable recent experience in an information systems development and support role.
• Proven programming experience in a modern IT environment. 
• Knowledge and experience of Rapid Applications Development techniques. 
• Knowledge and experience of contemporary and relevant web development and reporting tools, products and methodologies. 
• Knowledge and experience of IT Service Management processes and practices.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
