We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Cranbrook Primary School (PS) is situated in the rural town of Cranbrook, in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The school was opened in 1893 and officially become an Independent Public School in 2018. Cranbrook is located three hours drive south of Armadale, and one hour north of Albany. The major industry in the area is agriculture, including cropping, sheep, cattle and pigs.

The Role

Mobility appointments for permanent metropolitan and south west teachers

Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South West Education Region school* may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return to their substantive position. At the cessation of the 3-year mobility appointment, teachers can elect to return to their substantive role, or transfer permanently into this school.
