The Role
Suitable applicants will ideally be dedicated educators who hold high expectations for themselves and their students, with a strong belief that every student can learn, make progress, and achieve personal excellence.
Ideally, we are looking for teachers who implement evidence-informed teaching practices aligned with Teaching for Impact, delivering school-wide approaches with fidelity and rigour. They would work collaboratively with colleagues within their teams and across the school to support consistent, high-quality teaching and learning, using student achievement and wellbeing data to inform planning, differentiation, and targeted support.
Applicants should display a strong understanding of effective curriculum delivery and the ability to provide engaging, challenging, and inclusive learning programs that respond to data and maximise student growth. Experience with Engagement Norms, Daily Reviews, UFLI, Fluency Reading, Origo Mathematics, and the Elastik platform is desirable; however, support and coaching will be provided for the suitable applicants.
A commitment to building positive, trusting relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and the wider community will be highly regarded. Suitable applicants should foster safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environments and work in partnership with others to support the wellbeing, engagement, and success of every student.
We seek teachers committed to continuous professional growth who embrace collaboration, feedback, and Instructional Coaching to strengthen their practice and improve student engagement and outcomes. Through our collaborative teams and distributed leadership approach, suitable applicants will ideally play an active role in year-level and whole-school improvement, building collective efficacy, developing leadership capabilities, and contributing to a culture of continuous growth.
The ideal applicants would contribute positively to a culture of high expectations, collective efficacy, collaboration, and continuous improvement, reflecting our belief that every student can succeed and that every staff member thrives.
