We are seeking to establish a pool of Kindergarten to year 6 (K-6) Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Early Childhood and Primary specialist teachers are encouraged to apply to the pool.
Do you want to work alongside others in a brand-new school, that will deliver an exceptional primary school experience to the Piara Waters community?
Piara Waters West (Planning Name) will be the school of choice for the Piara Waters community. A dedicated focus on the health and wellbeing of all stakeholders will be the foundation to creating caring, accomplished and future focussed individuals. We are dedicated to our responsibility of being a culturally responsive school to celebrate all of our students and the backgrounds and cultures from which they connect to.
Each individual child at our school will belong, receive a high level of personalised care and have purpose to develop into successful individuals. Our children will be encouraged to harness their personal strengths and agency to face challenges and grow into resilient adults.
Our dedicated staff will be instrumental in working as a collective to determine the positive culture and vision for the school’s future. This will be essential to determine the optimum environment for all of our students to learn, grow and succeed in.
The collaborative vision between TAG Architects and McCorkhill construction was to create an innovative and inclusive educational establishment that reflects the Western Australian natural environment, and to design a school that promotes student and staff engagement in a variety of conducive learning spaces. Piara Waters West (planning name) will be a bespoke, state of the art, educational facility with classes from Kindergarten to Year 6, along with an Endorsed Education Support Program (EESP), specialist learning spaces, collaborative planning and meeting spaces, library and undercover area.
