The Role

We are actively seeking education support teachers with displayed experience in the education support context. Suitable applicants should have exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills, displaying a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As an Education Support Teacher you would establish a positive and inclusive classroom, develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other specific plans as required, undertake assessment, data collection and report writing.

Suitable applicants should display exemplary teaching skills, with a strong motivation to excel, and a commitment to delivering best practices. The capacity to excel in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued.

As a member of our team, you would leverage high-impact teaching strategies and showcase experience in designing and delivering engaging programs for students with high support needs including the use of AAC devices and multi-sensory approaches.
