We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Note: This position is being advertised as part of a recruitment pilot designed to simplify the application process for teachers. A mandatory CV template is provided for use. Application requirements include character limited responses to address only 2 Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) domains at application stage. The remaining AITSL domain will be assessed as part of the further assessment stage, for shortlisted applicants only.

The School

At Warnbro Community High School Education Support Centre (CHS ESC) our highly skilled staff work collaboratively to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment to meet the diverse learning needs of all students. Together with our students, parents, and wider community, we have high expectations for the delivery of differentiated instructional educational programs and positive behaviour support through collaborative proactive solutions. Our staff are supported through classroom coaching from our Curriculum Coordinator and one-on-one support from our Curriculum Leader to plan and adapt curriculum for diverse learners. Our innovative differentiated programs and curriculum, support every student flourishing with the skills, knowledge and optimal wellbeing to lead fulfilling lives.

Warnbro CHS ESC is co-located with Warnbro Community High School with staff and students sharing equal citizenship across both schools. The school consists of Middle School for students in Years 7, 8 and 9 and Senior School for students in Years 10, 11, 12. The school is in the southern corridor of Perth, 50 kilometres from the Perth CBD.
