We are building a Client Services Officer Talent Register to support current and future workforce needs and to provide meaningful career opportunities in a customer‑focused environment.

NMTAFE is committed to equal employment opportunity and values diversity and inclusion across our workforce. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, young people (24 years and under), and people from culturally diverse communities.

As part of our commitment to equity, sections 51, 66R and 66ZP of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 apply to this talent register, and eligible diversity groups are strongly encouraged to apply and identify their diversity group within their application.

About the Talent Register
The Client Services Officer Talent Register supports future recruitment by connecting people who are passionate about delivering high‑quality customer service with employment opportunities across NMTAFE.

By joining the talent register, you’ll register your interest online for the Level 2 Client Services Officer role and become part of our talent pool. You may be contacted by the Client Services Management Team about current or future opportunities that align with your skills and experience. Opportunities may be permanent (for diversity groups only) or temporary (fixed term up to 12 months), and available on a full-time, part-time or casual basis across various locations.

Client Services Officers play an important role in supporting students and the broader community. Responsibilities may include responding to enquiries, processing applications, enrolments and payments, and providing accurate, timely information across multiple channels. We are seeking individuals who are digitally savvy, have strong administration skills, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
