This is for two Permanent Full Time positions, and two 12 months Fixed Term Full Time positions, with the possibility of extension(s) and or permanency.

Your new role
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to apply for the Supply Clerk roles for permanent, fixed-term and contract opportunities.
As a Supply Clerk, you will support warehousing and supply operations, ensuring the timely receipt, storage and distribution of goods to meet operational requirements across multiple hospital sites.
As a member of Procurement and Supply, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting inventory staff in the resolution of concerns and anomalies regarding stock.
- Assisting with processes related to stocktaking and return of stock to the inventory.
- Providing an advisory service to customers regarding stock lines and relevant catalogue enquiries.
- Assisting with receivals, despatch and Imprest functions.
- Assisting with general office duties.

Selection Criteria:
- Some experience in warehousing operations within a large and complex organisation.
- Well-developed problem-solving and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role, including Oracle, Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Additional Requirements

These factors include a person's eligibility, ability to demonstrate the right behaviours, ethical alignment and cultural fit. In addition to the Essential Criteria and Desirable Criteria outlined in the attached Job Description Form, the below requirements will also be considered to determine your suitability for the role:
- Be available to work flexible hours between 6:00am and 4:00pm.
- Have access to reliable transport.
- Be willing to travel to and work across various hospital sites as required.
