Step into the world of Therapeutic Care, where your work is more than just a job.

Therapeutic Care provides intensive 24/7 care arrangement to young people in the care of the CEO who have highly complex needs and are not currently able to be in a family style care arrangement. It is designed to be a purposeful medium-term therapeutic intervention within the young person's broader care journey and we are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting this important work.

As a Senior Project Officer, you will provide project coordination and support across significant projects and large programs of work, helping to drive service and operational improvements. Your work will focus on coordinating asset management across the service and will require an understanding of asset maintenance and how environmental safety controls can support the provision of therapeutic care in a residential setting.

The position will working closely with the Project Manager and broader Therapeutic Care leadership team. You will coordinate project activities, manage governance and reporting processes, and ensure effective project controls are in place to support successful delivery and outcomes.
