Education Business Services (EBS) is the key provider of professional business services and support for Western Australian public schools, statutory boards and divisions of the Department of Education. These highly valued services are delivered through the areas of finance, information and communication technologies (ICT), and infrastructure. The Infrastructure Governance and Reporting (IGR) branch supports the delivery of the Department’s Asset Investment Program through financial management, reporting and governance activities. IGR’s responsibilities include the development and monitoring of infrastructure budgets, coordinating financial reporting and compliance activities, and providing expert advice to inform strategic decision-making. It also leads performance reporting on major asset investment programs and whole-of-government priorities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and meaningful information.
The Role
This role provides a unique opportunity to work within the Infrastructure Division at the centre of the Department's Asset Investment Program, delivering high-quality reporting and stakeholder engagement services that support informed decision-making.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and preparing regular program and project reports for various stakeholder groups, analysing performance data and trends, responding to information requests, and developing executive and Ministerial briefing materials.

• identify, validate, collate and transform data and information from a range of sources,
• maintain information and reporting tools related to infrastructure programs, projects and initiatives,
• research and prepare regular status and progress reports relating to the Asset Investment Program and maintenance projects,
• utilise reporting tools and software systems to compile, organise, and present project data in a clear and concise manner tailored for the intended audience.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills are highly desirable, as the successful applicant will work closely with internal teams, senior executives and external agencies to ensure reporting is accurate, timely and aligned to business needs.

- Demonstrated well developed project planning and management skills, including proven ability to use initiative, prioritise work, meet agreed targets and deliver agreed results in a timely and efficient manner.
