Senior Managers, People & Culture

Level 7 | Three leadership opportunities

Help shape how People & Culture delivers for Landgate.

Landgate has redesigned its People & Culture operating model and is establishing the leadership team that will embed it across the organisation. These roles will also play a central part in translating Landgate’s new people strategy into practical priorities, stronger services and measurable organisational outcomes.

Three Level 7 vacancies are available:

  • Senior Manager HR Business Partnering | Position 3260039
  • Senior Manager People Operations | Position 3230095
  • Senior Manager Conduct, Safety & Integrity | Position 3260048

We are looking for three experienced senior leaders who bring different areas of expertise and a shared commitment to building a connected, credible and high-performing People & Culture function.

Together, these roles will strengthen how People & Culture connects people and performance, transforms service delivery and safeguards the organisation.

Senior Manager HR Business Partnering

Connect people and performance

Lead Landgate’s business partnering model and a team of HR Business Partners. Working with executive and senior leaders, you will connect organisational priorities with workforce strategy, organisational design, capability, culture and performance.

You will diagnose complex organisational challenges, shape integrated and evidence-based solutions, and strengthen the quality and influence of business partnering across Landgate.

This role will suit a strategic HR leader with extensive experience influencing executives, developing high-performing teams and navigating complex workforce and industrial relations matters.

Senior Manager People Operations

Transform the service

Lead and transform Landgate’s operational people services across People Services, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HRIS.

You will establish clear service standards, simplify and strengthen end-to-end processes, and improve how managers and employees access and navigate people services. A central focus will be moving from manual and reactive delivery towards a more consistent, customer-centred and digitally enabled operating model.

This role will suit an operational HR leader who understands how people services, systems and processes connect and has successfully improved service performance, operational efficiency and customer experience while leading teams through change.

Senior Manager Conduct, Safety & Integrity

Safeguard the organisation

Lead Landgate’s specialist capability across complex employee relations, conduct, investigations, work health and safety, integrity and workplace risk.

As the enterprise escalation point for sensitive and high-risk matters, you will provide authoritative advice to senior leaders, strengthen governance and prevention, and support sound, fair and risk-informed decision-making.

This role will suit an experienced specialist leader with substantial experience in a public sector or regulated environment. You will bring strong capability in complex investigations, procedural fairness, legislative interpretation and engagement with regulators, tribunals or legal representatives.

One leadership team

While each role has a distinct portfolio, success will depend on how well the People & Culture leadership team works collectively.

You will work closely with the Director Workforce Strategy & Programs to connect Landgate’s workforce priorities with the way People & Culture partners with the business, delivers services and manages organisational risk. Together, the leadership team will establish a clear direction, determine priorities and sequencing, and translate the new people strategy into coordinated action across the organisation.

We are looking for leaders who can think beyond their own function, navigate complexity with sound judgement and focus on the work that will make the greatest organisational difference. You will build capability in others, use evidence and emerging insights to inform decisions, and lead with fairness, integrity and a strong commitment to public purpose.

About Landgate

Landgate is Western Australia’s land information authority. Through trusted land titles, valuations, maps, property information and location-based services, we support critical parts of the State’s economy, property system and community.

Our values guide how we work:
