In this rewarding role, you'll lead the design, development and delivery of learning solutions that support over two million licensed drivers and three million registered vehicles across Western Australia. You will work closely with subject matter experts, leaders and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, develop contemporary eLearning solutions and drive capability uplift across DVS.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and project coordination to deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and coach a team of Learning and Development Officers, helping build a positive, high-performing and collaborative learning culture.
