About Capability and Performance – Division
This division champions a culture of excellence by enhancing systems, fostering innovation, and promoting collaboration. With a strong focus on outcomes, the division is responsible for supporting strategic planning, upholding robust governance, and prioritising operational efficiency consistent with best practice in public sector service delivery.
The division includes corporate services functions including human resources, payroll, procurement, digital and technology services, information management, and facilities management as well as finance, strategy and performance accountability, legal and corporate communications. These services work together to ensure frontline business areas can deliver fantastic outcomes to the Western Australian community.
The division also includes the WA public records authority, the State Records Office of WA, responsible for managing, preserving and providing access to the State’s records of information, and Aboriginal History WA which undertakes archival and genealogical research to connect Aboriginal people with their family history and strategic projects to support truth-telling and reconciliation.
About the role
Do you have a passion for integrity, ethical governance, and public sector accountability?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the Integrity team as a Senior Integrity Consultant.
In this role you will support the Director Integrity in delivering a range of Integrity project and activities that support the promotion of ethical behaviour across the Department. This is a diverse and rewarding position where you will work closely with the Integrity team to support and conduct assessments, prepare reports and dashboards for senior manager and conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct.
We are looking for individuals with:
- Experience in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of proactive prevention strategies, education programs, and campaigns within large or complex public sector organisations.
- Experience in the assessment and investigation of administrative and/or employment-based inquiries within a public sector or comparable environment.
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, improve processes and provide solutions to complex problems. As detailed in the JDF, this role includes the creation and administration of dashboards.
We have one permanent, full time (75hrs p/f) position available.
