About the role
The Defence Industry Employer Engagement Officer undertakes external strategic employer engagement services to ensure that small to medium enterprises (SMEs) have access to consistent, accurate, relevant and timely information related to the defence industries.

This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and evaluating SME strategic engagement processes to empower more local businesses to join the defence industry supply chain.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have project management skills and experience in developing and nurturing highly effective collaborative working relationships across a range of stakeholders including industry/governments. The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including highly developed report writing skills, representational, and negotiation skills.

Employment is subject to:
