The Insurance Commission of Western Australia is a state-owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to 2.7 million Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government. The Opportunity
We are excited to offer two permanent Senior Change Manager opportunities within our Transformation Management Office.
As a Senior Change Manager, you will lead and deliver complex organisational change initiatives that support the Insurance Commission's strategic priorities. Working closely with senior leaders, project sponsors and delivery teams, you will drive successful change outcomes by developing and implementing effective change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and adoption activities.
This role plays a key part in ensuring people are supported through change, enabling the successful implementation of programs and projects across the organisation. You will also contribute to maturing organisational change practices by enhancing frameworks, providing expert advice and mentoring colleagues to build change capability across the business.

About You
You are an experienced change management professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful organisational outcomes. You bring a strategic mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage people at all levels of an organisation.
You will be able to:
- Lead significant and complex change initiatives aligned with organisational strategy, influencing stakeholders and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Apply structured change methodologies to plan, deliver, and embed change activities across programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines, risk profiles, and organisational standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering targeted communication and engagement strategies to support change adoption and capability uplift.
- Evaluate change effectiveness, using feedback and data to support benefits realisation and drive ongoing improvement.You will be passionate about helping people navigate change and committed to delivering outcomes that reflect our values of Care, Courage and Collaboration.
