We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2028. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Aubin Grove Primary School (PS) is a modern, award-winning Independent Public School serving students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Since opening, we have prided ourselves on our high standards, innovative practices, and strong community partnerships.

Our highly positive and collaborative school culture is anchored by our School Charter and guided by the FiSH Philosophy, which shapes the way we interact and work together. This shared commitment to respect, harmony and joy makes Aubin Grove not only an outstanding place for students to learn, but also an exceptional environment for staff to thrive.

Our school beliefs are captured by our vision: LEAF – Learn, Enjoy, Aspire, Focus. These values are deeply embedded in everything we do and are expected to be embraced and modelled by all staff

The Role

Aubin Grove PS is seeking experienced, adaptable and customer-focused School Officers to join our administration team with opportunities for permanent employment available. We are looking for capable and motivated people who display initiative, take ownership of their work and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school environment.

Suitable applicants should be organised, reliable and able to work with a high degree of accuracy while responding to interruptions, changing priorities and competing demands. They should be confident working independently when required, while also recognising when to seek advice, communicate with colleagues or assist other members of the administration team.

The role is varied and supports many aspects of school operations, which may include front reception duties, records and databases, enrolments, attendance and reporting, financial processes and procurement, school events, and the coordination of school resources and assets. An ability and willingness to learn is particularly important, as School Officers may be required to develop knowledge across a number of administrative functions and systems.

Experience within a school or similarly complex administrative environment is highly regarded. Applicants should display strong computer skills, attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills, together with a commitment to delivering professional and responsive customer service to students, staff, families and the wider school community.

We value team members who are proactive, flexible and solution-focused, can identify what needs to be done and act appropriately, and are willing to contribute wherever needed. The ability to exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality and build positive working relationships is also highly desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload, is keen to continue learning and wants to make a positive contribution to a supportive and inclusive school community.
