We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Suitable applicants should have attention to detail, meet deadlines and work well within a team environment. They will ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff.
Suitable applicants will ideally have the skills to competently work independently without supervision or direction. It is important for school officers to be friendly, helpful and reliable. Experience working with Compass, RM Billing, RM Finance and HRMIS is preferrable as well as experience working with families with English as a second language including a knowledge of visa eligibility. Ideally you will also show adaptability, the ability to multi-task and work in a pressure environment. The desire to learn more and perhaps perform higher duties for MCS leave will be highly regarded.

- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
