This is a permanent part-time (0.5FTE) position commencing Term 4, 2026

The Role
We are ideally seeking a dynamic, highly organised and proactive School Officer to join our Human Resources team and provide valuable support to the Human Resource (HR) Manager in the day-to-day operation of the school.
A key responsibility of this position will ideally be the daily coordination and allocation of relief staff, ensuring appropriate staffing arrangements are in place to support the smooth operation of the school.
As this work is undertaken prior to the commencement of the school day, the successful applicant should be required to be available to commence work early in the morning.
The successful applicant should ideally be confident and proficient in the use of SIS, Compass and HRMIS, with the ability to efficiently manage staffing information, administrative processes and competing priorities in a busy school environment.

- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
