We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are ideally seeking a dynamic and organised School Officers to join our team and help manage the financial and operational aspects of our school. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of the school, while also managing the school's assets and supporting administrative staff.
You would have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and will be responsible for providing advice to staff on travel, subsidies, and allowances and overseeing the operation of school databases, records, and management information systems including timetabling.
You would also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Suitable applicants should be a team players, with a positive attitude and a passion for working in a team-oriented culture.

- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
