About the opportunity:

We are seeking a trusted and influential Safety, Health and Wellbeing Business Partner to help foster a positive safety culture across the organisation. Partnering with leaders, employees and contractors, you will implement and embed the Safety, Health and Wellbeing Strategy, providing practical advice that supports both operational outcomes and compliance requirements.

This collaborative role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and confidence navigating complex operational environments. Equally important is the ability to communicate clearly and professionally through high-quality written advice, reports, briefing materials and safety documentation.

You will provide expert guidance on safety, health and wellbeing matters, including governance, legislative compliance, investigations, audits, training and safety performance reporting. 1. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive safety and organisational outcomes.
  2. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues, anticipate risks and develop practical solutions that balance compliance, operational and business needs.
  3. Demonstrated ability to build leadership capability and foster a positive safety culture where accountability, learning and speaking up are valued.
